I have been coming to this location for a couple of years now. I have had three different therapists & they have all been great. I need very deep pressure, and Elements offers therapists with every level of pressure so you can find exactly what you need. For deep pressure, I definitely recommend Jay! She's very knowledgeable about the muscular & skeletal systems, & is able to treat the specific areas needed with high accuracy and a concentrated precision that will leave your muscles wondering what just happened. She's very professional, courteous, & conscientious of your time, & I always feel safe when I'm getting a massage from Jay. Cannot recommend them enough!! (cross-posted to Yelp too)
